Beaumont Piping Fabrication has an outstanding safety record. Whether we’re on a client’s job site or in one of our shops at home, we’re dedicated and committed to the safety of our employees and those that work around us. We’re not one of those contractors that take shortcuts or cut corners on safety to meet a deadline or line our pockets. Our employees are the most significant asset Beaumont Piping Fabrication has. Without a well-qualified labor force, we’re no better than any other contractor out there. Here at BPF, we have scheduled morning safety meetings every-single-morning, no questions asked. We discuss the status of the project and what’s on the schedule for production.

We discuss the job hazards and potential safety problems that may arise from performing specific tasks. If we’re on a client site, we detail fire safety plans and fire watch. Knowing the proper safety protocol can prevent small issues from becoming massive problems or headaches later on. Beaumont Piping Fabrication employees determine where the safest path of exit is before performing work in a given area, we also utilize hot work permits, have fire watch personnel, use fire blankets, and always have two fire extinguishers available when welding or cutting. We understand that every job has inherent risks and we discuss these risks at length prior to beginning work. Different jobs require a different level of personal protective equipment (PPE). Gloves, long sleeves, steel-toed boots, high visibility reflective clothing or vests, hard hats, and safety glasses are a requirement of BPF when on any client job site.
